Vauxhall Mokka Electric 1.2 Turbo 100 GS 5dr Review
Category: Electric car
Section: Version review
The Vauxhall Mokka Electric offers buyers sharp looks, a decent range, a generous amount of standard kit and a relatively comfy and quiet ride. However, if you’re looking for a funky city electric car, or a do-it-all model, there are better options available.
The trim
See full equipmentWe’d suggest taking a step up to mid-spec GS trim, because it doesn’t add too much to the price but adds a few helpful luxuries to the basics that Design gives you. Those include 18in alloy wheels, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, rear parking sensors, and a 10.0in touchscreen infotainment system that adds built-in sat-nav into the mix.
The engine
See full engine specsWe’re yet to try this entry-level 99bhp engine, but the figures suggest that it should be just fine for most occasions. Officially sprinting from 0-62mph in 10.6sec, it should get you up to motorway speeds promptly and with the ability to achieve up to 50mpg, it should be kind to your wallet, too.
