As with the regular Cayenne, the biggest strengths of the Porsche Cayenne Coupé are its handling and performance. And while we reckon the V8-engined S is the sweet spot in the range, we can see why you might be tempted to upgrade to the GTS.

The entry-level model, which is simply called the Cayenne Coupé, comes with cruise control, heated and eight-way electrically adjustable front seats, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, two-zone climate control and wireless phone-charging. We'd be tempted to add air suspension, adaptive cruise control and 14-way adjustable seats, though.

The Cayenne E-Hybrid combines a 3.0-litre V6 engine with an electric motor for a total output of 464bhp. What's more, it can sprint from 0-62mph in 4.9 seconds and run purely on electric power for up to 46 miles (officially). Unfortunately, the big, heavy drive battery compromises boot space and handling, while the brakes aren't as precise as those of non-hybrid models.
