Cadillac CTS Coupe revealed
* Unveiled at Los Angeles motor show * Comes with 3.6-litre engine * No decision on UK sales...
The new Cadillac CTS Coupe has been unveiled at the Los Angeles motor show.
Designed to be the centrepiece of Cadillac's new range, the CTS Coupe is virtually unchanged from the concept car that was shown at the Detroit show in 2008.
The CTS Coupe is powered by a 3.6-litre engine, with a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox. A CTS-V Coupe will follow later, powered by the same 556bhp V8 engine that's in the CTS V saloon.
No UK sales decision
The CTS Coupe shares the same mechanical underpinning as the saloon version, which is already on sale in the UK. However, it has not been confirmed whether the Coupe will make the trip cross the Atlantic to UK showrooms.
A Cadillac spokesman said: 'It's a very interesting product, but the whole Cadillac strategy for the EU is currently being reviewed.
'The CTS Coupe is definitely part of that review, the results of which will be announced in the new year.'
