The model
Read full Cupra Born reviewThe Cupra Born borrows all the good bits from the VW ID 3 and adds a slightly more polished interior and sharper handling. The entry-level 58kWh V1 version makes the most sense, although it's still much more expensive than an equivalent MG4.
The trim
See full equipmentTop-spec V3 has the biggest 20in wheels and electric front seat adjustment with a built-in massage function. It's very expensive, though.
The engine
See full engine specsIn our tests, the 58kWh version of the Born managed 0-60mph in a very respectable 7.0 seconds. That means acceleration is roughly on a par with the Renault Megane E-Tech and slightly stronger than in the MG4.
