Find your perfect A1

Cars available now

The A1 is a fine car – it's great to drive, comfortable to sit in and is available with lots of big car options. However, if you can live without a posh badge, the Peugeot 208 and VW Polo offer slightly more for less.

Range-topping trim gets 18in alloys, a contrasting black roof and a black exterior styling pack along with privacy glass. Unless you love the looks, there’s little reason to recommend this expensive trim level.

The 30 TFSI is a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol with 114bhp and performance is more than adequate. It pulls well from around 2000rpm and, if you let the revs build to 6000rpm before changing gear, 0-60mph takes 9.1sec.
