We've recently driven the new BMW 2 Series, which is the replacement for the 1 Series Coupe. It goes on sale in March 2014 and will start at just over £25,000.
If you're not after a new car, you can find great examples of stylish coupes for less than half the price of the new 2 Series. Here's our pick of the bunch:
Audi TT
The second-generation TT is a What Car? favourite. It's stylish, reliable and good to drive. We've found this 2007 2.0 TFSI with 43,000 miles on the clock for £11,990. It's well specced with leather seats, rear parking sensors, climate control and an automatic gearbox.
BMW 1 Series
The car the 2 Series replaces, the BMW 1 Series Coupe, is stylish, refined and more practical than some rivals thanks to its four seats and decent sized boot. This 118d SE from 2010 has 30,607 miles on the clock and can be yours for £11,995.
Peugeot RCZ
Few cars are as eye-catching as the Peugeot RCZ. It's not only stylish, it's also great value as a used buy. This 2010 1.6 THP 156 GT has done 36,000 miles and comes with cruise control, climate control plus front and rear parking sensors. It'll set you back £11,979.
Volkswagen Scirocco
Volkswagen's Scirocco is a practical, stylish four-seat coupe that offers used buyers great value for money. This 2.0 TSI GT has climate control, sat-nav and the DSG automatic gearbox. It's an 09-plate car that's done 42,000 miles and it will cost you £11,989.
