Join What Car? for a look at a range of electric cars in the afternoon of Thursday 4 August in central London, and have a chance to test drive one of them for a week.
You'll get a close-up look at the Renault Zoe, Renault Twizy, Nissan Leaf and BMW i3, and hear from the Go Ultra Low campaign team, before being interviewed on camera for our YouTube channel and magazine.
With low running costs and zero emissions, electric cars offer drivers a number of benefits. However, they can be expensive to buy and their limited ranges may not suit everyone’s lifestyle.
If you drive a conventionally fuelled car but are thinking of a switch to electric, this is the perfect chance to hear more about what life with an electric car would be like. You will also get a look at some of the best electric cars on sale to see what’s on offer in this fast-growing market. As well as all this, if chosen, you'll be able to take one of the cars for a week-long test drive to see if it's the right move for you.
