The Mini hatchback is so new that it doesn't arrive at UK dealers until the spring, but early buyers of the new car can already pick up a bargain.

Another small car with a big saving available is the Kia Picanto, which comes with a hefty £1050 discount at Kiadealerdirect.co.uk. The Picanto 1.0 2 5dr ends up costing £8795.
