Audi A4
Audi's executive saloon is a former What Car? Car of the Year, and this mid-life update brings a sharper look and more standard equipment. Every car now gets sat-nav on a 7.0in infotainment screen, while Sport cars also get adjustable lumbar support and electrically folding door mirrors. A slight increase in price is expected, taking the A4 close to £25,000.

At launch, there will be three versions of the Z4, ranging from 181bhp in the sDrive20i to 335bhp in the M40i. Inside, there's a digital dashboard and the latest version of BMW's iDrive infotainment system.
